Delivery Policy

1. Delivery within the UAE
We offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE.

2. Delivery Outside the UAE
For international orders, a flat shipping fee of 30 AED applies.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• UAE: Orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.
• International Orders: Delivery may also take 7 to 10 working days.

4. High Seasons and Promotional Periods
During high seasons (holidays, sales, etc.), delivery times may be extended. In such cases, please allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive.

5. Delivery Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
